Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy describes what personal data ETHRX LLC ("ETHRX", "we") collects across our websites (ethrx.io, updates.ethrx.io), our purchase flow, and the DRAGON desktop application — and what we deliberately do not collect.

2. The DRAGON application

DRAGON runs entirely on your machine. It does not transmit your terminal sessions, documents, prompts, model output, or usage telemetry to ETHRX or anyone else. The application contacts updates.ethrx.io only to check for software updates and, if you choose online activation, to exchange a license key for a signed license file. Offline activation is available for air-gapped environments and requires no connectivity from the machine running DRAGON.

3. What we collect and why

• Contact and trial forms — name, email, and what you tell us (organization, role, use case), used to respond to you and follow up about the product.
• Purchases — orders are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle collects the billing details needed to complete the transaction (name, email, payment method, country) under Paddle's privacy policy. ETHRX does not receive or store your payment details.
• License records — our activation service stores the license key, edition, expiry, and a licensee identifier (your name, or the email address used at checkout) that is shown inside the application as the license holder.
• License delivery email — after purchase we send your license key to the email address you gave at checkout, via our email provider Resend. The address is used transiently for that delivery; standard delivery logs are retained by the provider.
• Website analytics — our sites record basic, session-scoped page-journey information attached to inquiries you submit; we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

4. Processors

We use a small set of service providers to run the business:

• Paddle — merchant of record for purchases (payments, tax, invoicing).
• Resend — transactional email (license key delivery).
• Maileroo — form email delivery for contact and trial inquiries.
• Microsoft Azure — hosting for the update and activation service.
• Vercel — hosting for ethrx.io.

5. Retention

License records are kept for as long as they are needed to honor issued licenses. Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence. We do not build marketing profiles and we do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing connect@ethrx.io. For data collected by Paddle as merchant of record, Paddle's privacy policy and rights process also apply.

7. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
