Refund Policy
1. Try before you buy
DRAGON ships with a free, fully functional 14-day trial — no payment details required. We ask that you evaluate the product on your own hardware and environment before purchasing.
2. 14-day refund window
If DRAGON isn't working out, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questionnaire required. Email connect@ethrx.io with the email address you used at checkout (or your order number), or reply to your receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method — allow a few business days for it to appear.
When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated.
3. Renewals
Annual renewals follow the same 14-day window from the renewal charge. To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel any time before the renewal date via the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt — your license stays active through the end of the paid term.
4. Exceptions
We may decline refunds outside the 14-day window, or where we see abuse of the policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
