Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ETHRX LLC, a Maryland limited liability company with its principal place of business in Port Tobacco, Maryland, USA ("ETHRX", "we", "us"). They govern your use of our websites (including ethrx.io and updates.ethrx.io), our software products (including DRAGON), and related services. By using our sites or software, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchases and merchant of record

Purchases of DRAGON licenses are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and/or Paddle.com Inc.). When you buy through our checkout, your order is placed with Paddle: Paddle handles payment, applicable sales tax and VAT, invoicing, and receipts, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction. The software itself is licensed to you by ETHRX under these Terms.

3. License grant

Subject to payment and these Terms, ETHRX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DRAGON for the term and seat count you purchased. A DRAGON Pro subscription covers one user per seat for the subscription period, including updates released during that period. Licenses are delivered as a license key which you exchange for a signed license file at updates.ethrx.io/activate.

You may not:

• share, resell, or sublicense license keys or license files;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass license enforcement, except where law permits;
• use the software to violate law or third-party rights.

4. Trial

DRAGON includes a free 14-day trial. During the trial the software is fully functional for evaluation. No payment details are required to start a trial.

5. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

DRAGON Pro is an annual subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the receipt or subscription-management link from Paddle, or by contacting us. On cancellation, your license remains valid until the end of the paid term and does not renew.

7. Privacy

DRAGON is built to run locally: it does not send your sessions, documents, or telemetry to ETHRX. What we collect through our websites and purchase flow is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DRAGON is an operator tool: its output is advisory, and you remain responsible for actions taken on your systems and networks.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETHRX's total liability arising out of or related to the software or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the twelve months preceding the claim, and ETHRX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the software or sites after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
